The brand new Tourism Ambassadors of Port Elizabeth City.
Port Elizabeth’s Central suburb has a long and illustrious history dating back to 1799, when Fort Frederick was built. The iconic Market Square and the Feather Market Centre, both located within Central, are among the major tourist attractions in the inner city.
Our brand new tourism ambassadors kept a watchful eye whilst our guests from Switzerland explored the city.
Our guests from Geneva, Switzerland contacted Mr Tony Neveling who's office is at the Donkin Reserve in Belmont Terrace in Central. Tony very kindly arranged for a tourism ambassador to meet our guests at the Campanile which is the start of the very popular Route 67.
Watched over by a metal cut-out of Nelson Mandela, Route 67 in Port Elizabeth is an exciting trail that combines the best elements – both historical and modern-day – of the people and culture of the Eastern Cape. It also pays tribute to Madiba’s 67 years of service to South Africans.
To arrange for a tourism ambassador to follow you on your tour, contact Tony.
